Payment Policy

We accept all major credit and debit cards.
A 3.5% processing fee applies to card payments.

• One-way trip (up to 10 miles): $45.00

• Additional mileage: $3.00 per mile beyond 10 miles

Pricing is based on distance from pickup to destination and includes travel within our primary service area.

Additional travel fees may apply for pickups outside our service area.

Waggin Taxi provides safe, non-emergency transportation for pets to and from veterinary appointments and other approved destinations. We prioritize urgent transport requests to help get your pet to care as quickly as possible, based on availability.

• $70 per trip within a 0–10 mile radius of the pickup location

• $3.00 per mile for trips beyond 10 miles

• Same-day and emergency requests may be subject to additional fees and availability

Assistance & Additional Fees

• Base service includes curbside pickup of a leashed and ready pet

• We do not enter private residences

• Pets must be able to walk to and from the vehicle without assistance

If lifting assistance is required, an additional fee applies based on your pet’s weight:

• 31–50 lbs: $20

• 51–75 lbs: $30

• 76 lbs and above: $40

Please notify us in advance if assistance will be needed.

🚫 Important Service Notice (Non-Ambulatory Clarification)

Waggin Taxi is a pet transportation service, not a medical or ambulatory service.

We are not equipped to provide medical care, emergency response, or stretcher transport. Pets must be able to safely travel in a seated or secured position.

For the safety of your pet and our staff:

• We cannot transport pets that are unable to move or stand without medical support

• We do not provide veterinary care or medical intervention during transport

• In true medical emergencies, please contact a licensed veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, to ensure we can continue offering the best service to all of our clients, we have the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice:
   We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time to other pets in need of transport. Cancellations made within 24 hours’ of the scheduled pick-up time will receive full refund.

2. Same day cancellations:
   Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled pick-up time will incur a charge of 50% of the total invoice for the scheduled fare.

3. No-Shows:
   If we arrive for a scheduled pick-up and the pet is not available for transport, a full charge of the scheduled fare will apply.

4. Weather-Related Cancellations:
   In the case of extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect safety, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You will be notified as early as possible. If your appointment is canceled due to weather, you will receive a full refund.
